About The Event
We are delighted to attend The Clare Garden Festival with a few of our tutors.
Wild Food Talk: 12pm to 1pm and cost is 8 euros
Join forager Olwyn Williams for a talk about foraging and the seasons wild edible plants. Learn about their food and medicinal uses, how to safely identify them, as well as harvesting techniques and different ways to preserve or process the plants into tasty, nutritious dishes and food products. You might change your opinion of weeds! After the talk, you can come and get some tasters at her market stall.
