What to expect from this workshop?

Tommy your tutor will teach the fundamental skills of stone carving, including:

• what tools are needed and what they're for, the maintenance and correct use of said tools

• the preparation of the stone

• the process of transferring designs onto the stone and how best to go about it

• how to use the hammer and chisels to create a relief carving on the stone
