What to expect from this workshop?
Tommy your tutor will teach the fundamental skills of stone carving, including:
what tools are needed and what they're for, the maintenance and correct use of said tools
the preparation of the stone
the process of transferring designs onto the stone and how best to go about it
how to use the hammer and chisels to create a relief carving on the stone
