You will learn how to hand gather these native plants and process them into a wonderful Wellness tonic.

You will learn the ‘materia medica’ of some of our weedy powerhouse herbs and how to safely extract their medicine in the form of teas and tinctures.

You will explore the process of drying herbs and how to create nourishing and beautiful creams and balms for your skin - the biggest organ of the body.

Together we will discuss the benefits of a chemical free lifestyle and you will learn how to make safe and natural products for cleaning your surfaces and washing your dishes.
