Come enjoy a leisurely morning adventure meeting the local hedgerow plants with me, Olwyn Williams. 

Learn how to safely identify and harvest these common plants, and explore the food and medicinal uses of these high Summer offerings - fruits, shoots, flowers, leaves and seeds. 

You might even change your perspective on 'weeds'!
