Fishskin Tanning

Come learn the ancient art of hide tanning. 

This weekend will introduce you to using the technique of bark tanning to make beautiful brown leather from fish skin. 

You will then learn to stitch leather and make a small pouch from your tanned fish skin, using all wild materials including foraged buttons. 

The weekend will be a mixture of foraging for materials (for buttons and bark) and crafting through tanning and creating a pouch! 

Light lunch included to value of €7.50
