We are delighted to have our CELT Food Forager Olwyn Williams join us with lots of foraging tips and jars of her delicious foraged foods for sale.. And as part of the HANDS-on CRAFTS Workers showcasing and displaying their work, we are delighted to be joined by Sean Walsh CELT’s amazingly talented woodcrafts Tutor from our annual ‘Weekend In The Hills, Festival of Traditional Crafts’... alongside a variety of food trees available from our local Foodtree Nursery, supplied by Clare’s Food Tree specialist, Jason McCormack
