Autumn Foraging Walk and Talk at The Slieve Aughty Centre

Come enjoy a leisurely morning adventure meeting the local hedgerow plants with me, Olwyn Williams. 

Learn how to safely identify and harvest these common plants, and explore the food and medicinal uses of these Autumn offerings - tis the season for berries, nuts, roots and fruits. 

You might even change your perspective on 'weeds'!
