About The Event
We are pleased to announce the return of the All Ireland Permaculture Gathering for 2024, to be held at the Slieve Aughty Centre in Co. Galway on 24-25th August, 2024. This is going to be a back to basics event in an exceptional location. As always, the format will be self-organising. There will be camping space and outdoor cooking facilities for attendees to use but this year, it’s a bring your own food event.
The Slieve Aughty Centre also has a range of available accommodation, and it’s own organic food restaurant.
This year’s host, Centre for Environmental Living and Training, CELT say that the All Ireland Permaculture Gathering is like “stepping into the future we wish to be in.
We are greatly excited and looking forward to our upcoming Permaculture weekend on Sliabh Eachtaí, feeling that it’s timely to be re-gathering, re-imagining and re-weaving the permie web of care and connection with our communities and all life on this island and beyond.
