Weaving with Wool and Branches (6-12yrs)
Children will love this fun, colourful introduction to the ancient craft of weaving.
They will make their own looms from a forked branch, and weave with all pure wool and other materials found in the natural environment.
There will also be an opportunity to make a circular weaving which can be made into a bowl, mat or small cushion.
If time allows there is the chance to make a small leather drawstring pouch for storing little treasures.
Materials charge is 8 euros and is to be paid to the tutor.
